Desiree is an experienced business manager and coach who over the last decade Desiree worked in primary healthcare as a GP Partnership Manager. In her work in the NHS, Desiree supported both partners and other key stakeholders though both clinical and non-clinical aspects of her practices, creating a clear future vision and working environment that was conducive to high performance from both partners and employees.
